ConciAirs was started in 2018 with one simple purpose : help our clients maximize their returns on their real estate through short term rentals. Rob and Taylor have been working together in various types of real estate business for over 5 years. The combination of their skills naturally lead to the formation of ConiAirs. Rob opened his first Airbnb in 2012 with a pool house attached to his garage. As he began seeing the cashflows from that apartment cover the mortgage on his home in a desirable neighborhood - his wheels got turning. As Taylor heard about Rob’s experience and the experience of his uncle, he too decided it was time to get into short term rentals. Now, just a few years later, Taylor and Rob combine to own over 10 Airbnbs in 3 different cities.
