The industry standard for short term rental management ranges anywhere from 20% up to 40% depending on the market! We are proud to offer our Premier Package to owners for only 18% of rental revenue. We are set up to earn a commission so that you as the owner are ensured we are motivated to help you make money. If you don’t make any money - then we don’t! There is a flat rate monthly service fee that is automatically added to our 18% each month to cover the monthly tax servicing, as well as the advertising, accounting, and reporting softwares that we use. Each month, our goal is to speak with you twice - once when we send you your monthly financials and check a check, and once when you tell us thank you. 

A reasonable on boarding fee covers your professional photography, the setup of your listing, a one hour consultation, your necessary business licenses, and your rental permits. 

We are proud to manage properties for those who will have us. And, while we do not lock you into any type of written contract or agreement, we encourage you to give us a full year to show you what we can do. Rentals in many areas are cyclical, and it can take a couple of months to get the listing full optimized. A full year ensures that we are able to deliver an accurate financial picture of what short term rentals can do in your area. If at any point you determine we are not a good fit to work together, we are glad to work with you on a smooth transition towards whatever is next.
